The Ford Mustang driver, Williejoe Delgado, has been charged with attempted murder for allegedly ramming into six pedestrians in the middle of a busy intersection in the Bronx on July 3. The incident left three men and three women hospitalized with minor injuries. Delgado was arrested on a warrant and has no prior arrests.
