India has relaxed conditions for rice exports to some European countries, allowing for the sale ofbasmati and non-existent varieties of rice. The exemption is only for individuals within the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland. All other European countries are exempt from this requirement.
