The death toll from Hezbollah fighters in Israel's expanding air and ground campaign has not been officially announced. This is the first time the group has provided an official death toll. The Israeli military has given a higher than the estimated 700 killed by at least 700 Hezbollah fighters, including hundreds of members of the group's elite Radwan Force. The Lebanese health ministry reported that Israeli strikes and ground operations have killed 1,142 people in Lebanon, including 122 children, 83 women and 42 medical personnel.
