Flash flood alerts last through midnight Wednesday

The weather forecast continues to be unsettled throughout Wisconsin, with flash flood alerts lasting until midnight Wednesday. Despite the threat of damaging wind and hail having passed, steady rain and flooding have become the main focus of the forecast. Three flash flood warnings are in place across the state, affecting parts of Southwestern Wisconsin, including parts of Milwaekee County, Jefferson County, and parts of Jefferson County. The National Weather Service has issued numerous warnings and advisories for flooding. The weather service has also issued warnings for areas including areas of Wisconsin, where temperatures are expected to fluctuate throughout the night.
