A tracking device led to the arrest of two bank robbery suspects, identified as the bank teller and driver. The suspects were tracked down in the 2900 block of Harford Road, where they were arrested. The suspect used one of his hands to give the teller a note announcing a robbery and then left the store with an envelope containing cash and a track pack. The incident occurred around 4:15 p.m.
