A 68-year-old woman, Janet Swallow, was found dead in Danvers, Massachusetts, with multiple injuries and multiple stab wounds. The suspect, an 18-year old resident of Lynn and a senior at Bishop Fenwick High School, is being charged with murder. The incident is being called a homicide by Essex County District Attorney Paul Tucker. No connection was made between the suspect and the victim, and police have stated that the incident appears to be random and that he acted alone.
