Man charged in road rage shooting that killed Big Boi’s uncle claims self-defense

A 19-year-old man is accused of murdering the uncle of Atlanta rapper and OutKast member, Remoin Thomas Patton Sr. He claims the shooting was self-defence and has been booked on murder, aggravated assault and firearm charges. His mother, Janisha, is also accused of helping him evade arrest. The judge denied the bail request, stating that the defendant poses a significant threat or danger.
