A judge has sentenced Nicole Millen to three years probation and ordered her to pay $55,000 in restitution to the victims. She pleaded guilty in November to mislabeling drugs meant for animals while working at two Pittsburgh-area clinics. Prosecutors allege that she used Chorulon, a veterinary medicine containing HCG, which is not approved by the FDA for humans and is often used in cows in heat due to cystic ovaries.
