18-year-old Keldric Harry has been sentenced to life in prison for the January 2024 fatal shooting outside Bogalusa High School. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the school and involved Harry and another man allegedly firing shots at the victim and his two friends. The victim was shot several times, with one of the survivors being shot in the leg. Harry was sentenced to two 30-year sentences concurrent with his life sentence. During the trial, a voice recording was introduced showing Harry allegedly bragging about the shooting and mimicking the sound of automatic gunfire.
