The Central Bucks School Board has confirmed Dr. Joanna Wexler as its next superintendent, with a five-year appointment set to begin on July 1, 2026, and extend through June 30, 2031. The school board also approved an employment agreement with Wexlers, who will be paid $255,000 a year to manage the district. The appointment was approved by board president Heather Reynolds, who commended Wexher's extensive background in special education and her commitment to student success. However, the vote was not unanimous, with board member Karen Smith dissenting.
