Police identify victim, suspect in connection with Fountain Square shooting

Cincinnati police have identified the victim and the suspect in a shooting at Fountain Square. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. on Friday. The victim, identified as 25-year-old Darius Wheeler, was taken to the hospital and later died. Christopher Shipmon, 36, was arrested for the crime.
