Pedro Y. Campos, a 51-year-old man, was sentenced to eight years in prison for "lewd acts upon a child" following a weeklong trial in which prosecutors secured convictions on three felony counts. The victim claimed that Campos inappropriately touched her on three occasions between October 2022 and early 2023. The trial was witness to numerous witnesses, including a school counselor, a juvenile friend of the victim, and a police officer. The judge ordered the sentence to run concurrently.
