Police have identified the suspected driver, 21-year-old Eduardo Olvera, as the driver of the vehicle involved in a car chase that ended in a crash with an 18-wheeler. The crash left nine people injured, including a teenager, taken to hospitals in Laredo for treatment. The driver and eight passengers, all undocumented migrants, were taken to the hospital.
