Lower Burrell police have charged two members affiliated with an outlaw motorcycle club following an assault at a restaurant last year. The Westmoreland County District Attorney's Office said on Jan. 22, 2025, officials responded to Mogie's Irish Pub on Leechburg Road following reports of an assault. The victim, 70, told investigators that he was aware of two customers at the restaurant who were associated with the Pagans Motorcycle Club. Robert Browne, 27, and 25-year-old Devin Colucci were later identified as members of the motorcycle club. Colucci allegedly confronted the victim in the parking lot and told him he was not allowed in the area as it was the Pagan's territory. Both men were charged with robbery, simple assault, theft, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, and harassment.
