Tesla has secured two major industrial buildings in San Jose and Fremont, as part of its expansion into the Bay Area. The company has also leased a building at 2256 Junction Ave. in North San Jose, which is expected to be used as an electric vehicle prep and delivery hub. The deals are reported by Colliers, a commercial real estate firm for the first quarter of 2026.
