Robert Kevin DeWeese, a 37-year-old man, has been indicted for allegedly raping a child under the age of 13 in a Warren County store. The indictment alleges that he restrained and had sex with the child in the bathroom of the store. Grand jurors also identified Deweese as a sexually violent predator due to his age and previous conviction for sexual assault of a juvenile younger than 13. DeWee is being held on a $702,500 cash-only bond.
