A 21-year-old U.S. Marine named as Daniel Montano was allegedly stabbed to death during a street fight in downtown Wilmington, North Carolina, on April 5. Despite being transported to a local hospital, Montano died of his injuries. A 42-second video of the alleged incident has been viewed over 20,000 times on X. The identity of the other male victim has not yet been disclosed. Montano, a lance corporal in the Marines, was identified on a GoFundMe fundraiser for his funeral expenses. The Wilmington Police Department is also searching for a person of interest in the incident.
