Young man fatally shot in the Bronx, three suspects sought

A 19-year-old man, Lamar Simmons, was shot at E. 183rd St. and Hughes Ave. in the Bronx, killing him with a gunshot wound to the chest. Police are searching for three men believed to have fled the scene on a scooter.
