Suit Alleges Cogir Facility Ignored Warnings Before Feb. Shooting: Report

The complaint was filed by the family of Linda Buttrick, who was the longtime partner of Robert Fuller Jr. who was fatally shot on Feb. 14. The complaint alleges that 11 days before the shooting, a nurse filed a complaint but was dismissed and that complaints were suppressed by Shenise James-Dubose. Maurquise Emillo James, a 22-year-old man from White Marsh, was identified as a potential person of interest after bullet casings from the senior facility matched those from a separate shooting. The lawsuit is seeking $1,125,000 for Buttric.
