A Philadelphia family has pleaded for the return of their 9-month-old Yorkie, Mahia, which was taken from outside their home late last year. The dog was used as a comfort for a young child with autism, and was taken after Dalex accidentally let the dog outside without a collar. Since the dog's disappearance, Dalex, who has autism and is non-verbal, has been deeply affected by the loss. The family is offering a $2,500 reward for the dog’s return. The police are investigating the incident but have not been able to identify the person responsible.
