The 14th Amendment, which was agreed upon by nearly 30 states, states that anyone born in the United States and subject to the JURISDICTION THEREOF is a CITIZEN of both the US and their home. Local families are concerned that this could impact their rights and communities. The Supreme Court will eventually decide on the issue, with initial reports suggesting that President Trump will not like the answer.
