Natural History Museum most popular tourist attraction in 2025

Alva has revealed that the number of visits to its 409 sites was 2% higher in the previous year, largely due to the ongoing cost-of-living crisis and uncertainty. The director, Bernard Donoghue OBE, stated that visitor attractions are the most sought-after places in the UK and are key experiences for the public. Some notable increases were driven by events such as the reopening of the Salisbury Wing at the National Gallery and Halloween increases for other popular attractions. The V&A East Storehouse debuted in 107th place after attracting 416,000 visitors within seven months.
