Police arrested a 15-year-old suspect after he returned to the crime scene looking for his cellphone. The suspects allegedly attacked a male victim after he refused to hand over his personal belongings, including his scooter. Police found two knives wrapped together in duct tape near the scene and arrested the suspect. The victim was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
