Tommy Medina, a 35-year-old Orange County dental assistant, has been sentenced to 15 years to life in prison for sexually assaulting three young girls. The assaults occurred in 2012 and 2013. One victim was 9 years old when Medina placed a leather cloth over her eyes and another at around 5 or 6 years old. Following pleading guilty, he waived about 2 1/2 years of custody credits as part of a plea deal.
