Iconic Disneyland restaurant set for major overhaul to keep up with booming demand

A major expansion of a popular food stand at Disneyland Park is underway to meet increasing demand for popular items such as jumbo smoked turkey legs and garlic cheesy brats. The building permit was filed with the city of Anaheim in November and calls for a new walk-up service window, a 518-square-foot prefabricated outdoor dining structure, and a 169-squeezed shade canopy. The expansion comes as Disney continues to adjust operations to meet steady attendance and increasing guest demand.
