TIMELINE: Severe storms with tornado risk continue Monday, throughout week

The severe weather risk continues in Oklahoma, with storms expected throughout the week. A level 1 marginal risk has been issued for central, southwestern, and south-central Oklahoma, and areas that could produce golf-sized hail and a low tornado risk. The tornado index for areas included in the level 1 zone is 2 out of 10 and the window for the strongest storms is 6-8 pm. The potential tornado risk is 2.5%. Storms are expected to become more numerous into the afternoon and early evening. There are also an additional level two risk on Wednesday.
