Emmeline Kenealy, a 23-year-old woman from Montgomery, was arrested March 31 after failing to register as a sex offender. The Kendall County State's Attorney's Office issued a warrant for her arrest, which led to her being brought to the ground. Kenealys, who had previously pleaded guilty to possessing child sexual abuse images, was found in possession of material depicting a 13-year old victim. She was released on pre-trial conditions.
