Development Suspended In Parts Of Anne Arundel Co.

The Department of Public Administration (DPW) has suspended development in parts of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and will not approve any new connections to the Baltimore County Patapsco Interceptor and Sewage Pumping Station. The moratorium affects areas including Hanover, Linthicum Heights, and Pumphrey. The department stated that exceptions will only be made for infill lots with failing septic systems and that tenant fit-out permits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
