WNBPA committee says latest CBA proposal 'not worth taking'

The WNBA's seven-player executive committee has stated that it remains united and remains committed to delivering a transformational CBA for all members of the union. This follows concerns raised by players' union executive director Terri Jackson about the lack of player involvement in the process. A recent player survey revealed that 84% of players would not accept the league's proposal of 50% of net revenue, less than 15% of gross revenue in an eight-year deal, and want the union to keep negotiating. The union's statement also mentioned the December December vote authorizing the executive committee to call a strike.
