New landlords unveil big warehouse purchase in North Las Vegas

Premier Logistics Properties has purchased an industrial building in North Las Vegas, which spans more than 813,000 square feet and is occupied by Amazon. The building was sold for $124 million in February and is fully occupied by a "Fortune 10" tenant. The new owners did not disclose the buyer's financial interest. This acquisition marks Premier Logistics's first acquisition of a class A industrial property. The firm is also actively pursuing similar big-box opportunities in high-growth and infill markets.
