A 26-year-old San Leandro man, Bao Thai Pham, has been arrested in San Mateo, California, for allegedly possessing suspected cocaine, ketamine, and a loaded firearm in his vehicle. The drugs were discovered during a traffic stop for an alleged cellphone violation and after he agreed to let police search his vehicle, they allegedly found about a dozen baggies of suspected cocaine and a large amount of cash. A previous felony conviction prohibits Pham from possessing firearms.
