The US and Israel have seized four internet domains linked to Iran, including one used by a hacker group that claimed responsibility for a cyberattack on a U.S. medical tech company. The domains were also used by the Iranian Intelligence and Security Ministry to claim credit for hacking and post sensitive data. The United States and Israel began an air assault on Iran on February 28, and since then, Iran has retaliated against U.K. military bases, consulates, and Israel using drones and missiles. The Handala Team hacker group, which cybersecurity companies say has ties to the Iranian intelligence Ministry, claimed responsibility of the cyberattack. The other two domains were used to claim that sensitive documents and data were stolen from the Albanian government.
