According to Consumer Reports, Samsung is the best washer brand, but its top-load models are not the best of the best. The report also noted that LG has the highest overall scores in the categories of regular- and high-efficiency top-loaded washers. However, user satisfaction is low, with many washers from other brands also less popular.
