Fugitive Arrested in Florida Hours After Landing on FBI’s 10 Most Wanted List

A Kansas City woman, KaShawn N. Roper, who had been wanted for nearly six years for murder, was arrested during a routine traffic stop in north Florida on April 15. The FBI had placed Roper on its most restrictive fugitive list and offered a $1 million reward for her arrest.
