2nd arrest made in connection with shooting on Howard Avenue in New Haven

A second man has been arrested in connection with a shooting incident in New Haven, Connecticut. The incident occurred on the 300th Avenue and involved a white Buick MKC allegedly driving recklessly. The driver, 37-year-old Jonathon Brown, was arrested several days after the incident. Further investigation revealed probable cause to charge 36-year old James Garvin with first-degree assault, reckless endangerment, and possession of a firearm.
