Intercontinental Exchange launches private credit platform to address transparency concerns

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) has launched a private credit platform to address transparency concerns. The product, ICE Private Credit Intelligence, aims to securely share deal information with approved partners and distribute data more efficiently. The platform will also add new tools such as performance analysis and pricing insights to support portfolio management, risk assessment, and improve market transparency. The move comes amid concerns about valuations and transparency, exacerbated by last year's bankruptcies of auto-parts supplier First Brands and car dealer Tricolor.
