Tate, who is expected to be the first receiver off the board likely in the first 10 picks, has been a standout wide receiver for Ohio State and a route technician. His maturity, maturity and emotional intelligence separate him from physical gifts, which are often overlooked in team interviews. Tate's high school teammate, Nolan Baudo, said he could sense something different about him from the start. Tate grew up in a violent neighborhood in Chicago and was referred to as "Mister" by his family as a child. He led Marist High School to the state semifinals of the football season and led the team to 444 yards and five touchdowns.
