Undercover Investigation Into Illicit Cannabis Sales Leads To Arrest; Multiple Violations Issued: PD

The Southampton Town Police Department initiated an undercover investigation into illicit cannabis sales at the North Sea Tavern and the Little Beach Harvest Dispensary after community complaints were raised. The arrest resulted in multiple violations of various types of law, including unlawful sale of cannabis. The investigation was conducted in conjunction with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office East End Drug Task Force, the New York State Liquor Authority, and the Department of Public Affairs.
