Duffy to Discuss Assault, Kidnapping, and Retreat From the Public Eye in New Documentary

Singer-songwriter Duffy is set to discuss her alleged assault and kidnapping in a new documentary, which she alleges to have experienced in 2011. The incident occurred more than 15 years ago and led to her withdrawal from public life. The documentary will be directed by Disney+’s Head of Content for EMEA, Angela Jain. This is the first time Duffy has spoken about the incident since she made a public statement six years ago. The statement was published on her website, DuffyWords.
