The mother of a 3-year-old boy who died in Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, has been charged with criminal homicide in relation to the death of Devin Goodson. Lagomau Malu, 23, allegedly admitted to physically abusing her son and is accused of attempting to wake him up but he was declared dead within an hour. The child, who would have turned four years old next week, was pronounced dead within the hour of his death. Malu and Adam Chirico, who live together and share a child together, are both in the Allegheny County Jail facing multiple charges related to the child's death. In an interview with police, Malu admitted to the abuse and claimed to have become angry after he wet the bed multiple times.
