The Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve's scenic coastal trails have reopened after a four-month closure. The trails include several hiking trails, including the Red Butte, Yucca Point and the Razor Point. Free street parking is available along the beach or a paid lot. The park's road, upper lots and most trails have been closed since November for construction. The second phase of the project is set to begin in August or September.
