The identity of 38-year-old Perry Paul Espinosa has been identified as the victim of a late-night shooting in Fresno, California. The shooting occurred near the intersection of Samson Avenue and Martin Luther King Boulevard. Police believe a disturbance led to the shooting and are currently searching for witnesses.
