The Warriors lost 127-117 to the Timberwolves, their third consecutive game in a row. The team had already lost Draymond Green and Al Horford, with both players ruling out for the remainder of the game. The Timberwolves' Anthony Edwards scored 42 points, including a dozen at the foul line. Golden State struggled to handle Minnesota's size, speed and physicality, falling behind by as many as 25 points early in the second half. The loss exacerbated the team's injury issues, which also negatively impacted Kristaps Porzingis' performance. The Warriors are set to begin a six-game road trip against the Knicks.
