Zelenkiy has warned that Ukraine's shortage of air defence missiles will exacerbate. The price of oil has also increased, contributing to the surge in the oil market. The European Union has yet to agree on a proposed 90 billion euro loan to provide Kyiv with funding to purchase weapons.
