Riley Green Stops Show, Has Concertgoer Escorted Out for Throwing Phone That Left Him Bleeding with 5 Stitches

Riley Green was injured during a gig at the Margaret Court Arena in Melbourne, Australia on March 14 after a concertgoer threw a phone at him. The incident left Green bleeding and requiring five stitches. Green had to stop the show for a moment while a guitar tech removed his guitar. The concertgoor was escorted out of the crowd by security and the crowd cheered for Green. Green shared fan-captured footage of the incident on Instagram Stories, including a close-up of his ear and a picture of blood running down his face.
