The body of a missing diver has been recovered in waters off Sand Island in Kalihi, Hawaii. The man in his 30s reportedly planned to kayak out to Mokauea Island and return to shore at midday. A wide-ranging search was conducted by the State of Hawaii Airport Rescue Firefighters and the U.S. Coast Guard. The Honolulu Police Department is investigating the death.
