Deborah Callaway, a woman accused of operating a senior care facility at a home in Roswell, Georgia, without proper state licensing, has been charged with elder trafficking, financial transaction card fraud, theft by taking and third-degree forgery. The facility was found after an older man was reported missing and was located at an Atlanta shelter. Callaway is accused of using the residents' financial resources for her own benefit. The adults were medically evaluated and moved to safe, legal housing.
