An Ohio mother, 34-year-old Gloria Luster, has been charged with child endangerment for bringing a loaded 9mm handgun to school after her child brought it to Longcoy Elementary School on April 2. The Kent Police Department confirmed that the child had access to the weapon and intentionally brought it home for unknown purposes. No injuries were reported. The incident occurred during recess and was investigated by the KPD, who praised the student's bravery and swift action. The child's mother was also arrested and the investigation is ongoing.
