Mystic Rayne, a 53-year-old woman from Frankfort, is facing charges of wanton endangerment and criminal mischief for allegedly shooting a gun at a St. Matthews hospital in February. The incident occurred around 5:30 a.m. on the morning of the shooting, which resulted in 21 patients being evacuated. Rayne was later cited and released due to medical treatment.
