Man, Phillip Lovely, has pleaded guilty to attempted aggravated murder in the stabbing of Butler County deputy, Mike Farthing. The charges were dismissed as part of the plea deal, with Lovely set to be sentenced on June 3. The man is being held in a nearby jail due to the circumstances surrounding the stabbing.
